Hotel Eterna Primavera Antigua, Antigua

Our room had a wonderfully high ceiling and was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, we found out that the room door and the window to the bathroom couldn't be locked, so anyone could easily access our room. It wasn't cleaned on our first day, which was our only point of feedback. On the bright side, the room was large, well-appointed with products, and had a hairdryer available.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, with easy access to central park and various dining options. However, the rooms lacked security as they couldn't be locked properly, and we had an issue with cleanliness on the first day. The thin walls also made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep, as we could hear our neighbors. Despite these drawbacks, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the dining experience, while basic, offered stunning views from the courtyard and roof terrace.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are stunning and full of character, complete with tasteful furniture and comfortable beds. The bathroom was a standout with stone tile and incredible water pressure in the shower. The staff were amazing, always ensuring the rooms were made up, and showing us around with the most personable service. The location couldn't be more convenient, close to the central square, great bars, and restaurants. Although the dining was basic, the setting in the flower-filled courtyard and volcano views from the roof terrace were delightful. Overall, I had a great experience but wished the dining options were better.
